Approach
I am a passionate believer in the importance of STEM and effective communication. I've seen a lot of students that get into the rut of "I'm no good at x, so I must not be smart, and there's no way I can understand x" My firm belief in the importance of teaching the application and context of science, as well as the knowledge that any student can learn, inspires me to come up with different angles and approaches when students become discouraged or frustrated.
