About Me
I am currently enrolled in Georgia State University. I am a freshman. My major is biology and minor is chemistry. My current GPA is 4.2. After 4 years of college, I am planning attend Med school because I want to become a neurosurgeon in the future. I currently volunteer with red cross for their disaster relief program. In my school, I am a part of Habitat for Humanity and Rock climbing club.
I had atlanta">tutoring experience from volunteering at Refugee Family Services while I was in high school. I volunteer there about a year or so. While I was there, I mainly worked with elementary and middle school children. I helped them with math, science, english and etc. Some of them had difficulty speaking english and understanding english so I also teach them language skills and etc. The children I worked with are mainly refugee children so it was a wonderful experience for me to have.
My approach is for my student/client to have a clear understanding on the material I atlanta">tutor and for them to have a confident when they tackle the assignment. I want to have a chance to share my knowledge with them as well as learning from my students. Overall, I want them to go home feeling the feeling of accomplishment.
