I have quite a few interests and hobbies. Among them are photography, graphic design, painting, and most other artistic things. I also work closely with the directors of a local education non-profit called Impossible Possibilities and help them organize and put on special programs.

About Me

Hello! My name is Monika and I'm a senior at TCU studying Marketing with a minor in Psychology. I have been tutoring for a couple of semesters now and I really enjoy it. I am friendly and easy to get along with and I like to help other students succeed.

My tutoring experience comes from a couple of places:
-Working as an athletic tutor for TCU athletics
-Working as a tutor for Frog Tutoring this past semester
-General experience from helping fellow students in my classes

My tutoring approach: When I first meet a student I try to first understand what their needs are and where they are struggling and then figure out the best way to help them understand the material. I also try to come up with new ways of presenting the material or different ways of explaining something if I see that a certain way isn't working well. Most importantly, I try to always be friendly and encouraging and try my best to help them improve.
