Fun Facts

My favorite class in school was math. I liked the fact that there was only one right answer in math class. In an english class there are always way too many possible answers and it makes it harder to determine which is the right answer. I enjoy watching professional sports, and I don't have any favorite teams because I enjoy how well all the players play.

About Me

I went to the Illinois Institute of Technology, and while their I earned my Masters of Eng. in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering. I used my professors and my peers to make learning more fun. My ultimate goal is to start my own company.

Experience

In college, I took it upon myself to be ahead of the class when it came to learning the material. I would spend lots of time with the professor working out and learning tough concepts and problems. I was then able to teach the class and the problems in a very systematic, and easy to understand, way to my fellow peers. We would all be in the library and I would be standing up at a white board teaching all my peers. I love being of help, and I love the subject I learned in school.

Approach

There is no doubt that teams that have the correct mental approach & attitude, have a decided advantage. At the end of the day it cannot be denied that teams are a reflection of their leadership. Coaches need to be intentional about how they conduct themselves because it will translate into their teams performance. My goal is to convey a successful attitude and to teach my student the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the class.

AutoCAD Tutoring

I first learned AutoCAD when I was 17 in High School. As a Mechanical Engineer, I used AutoCAD daily to design and model my own projects. One project is my Portable Heating and Cooling Backpack.

Calculus I Tutoring

I actually took calculus I two times and got an A both time. I figured as an engineer I should really get to know my Calculus. I know all types of real world examples for the subject material learned.

Calculus 2 Tutoring

Calculus II is easily the hardest Calculus, because it introduces topics such as sequences, series, and convergence of series. I was in office hours everyday for this course and learned all the tools and quick methods that my teacher uses to approach Calculus II.

Calculus 3 Tutoring

Multivariable calculus is by far the easiest calculus class. The theory taught in this class actually provides shorter methods of doing calculus problems you once had to gruel through.

Mechanical Engineering Tutoring

Being a Mechanical Engineer, I have been in many different classes, laboratories studies, and homework problems dealing with Mechanical Engineering. Subjects have to do with the principles of Mechanics and Materials science for analysis, design, manufacturing, and maintenance of mechanical systems.

Physics I Tutoring

Physics I is a very important class. It teaches about the behavior of objects in our universe. Newton's three laws are what is taught in physics. The objects of interest in physics one are typically just boxes of mass that go up and down sloped surfaces, and pulled up pulleys.

Physics II Tutoring

Physics II has to do with Electromagnetism. Which is a branch of physics involving the study of the electromagnetic force, a type of physical interaction that occurs between electrically charged particles. Students learn about capacitors, inductors, and how these are used in parallel and series, in typically very complex circuits to have and actual design purpose and function.

Pre Calculus Tutoring

Pre Calculus builds up the students bag of tools that they will need when attempting to understand and work out any calculus theory or problem. This class covers determinants, matrix properties, the trig circle, converting from degrees to radians, ect.

Study Skills Tutoring

My mom teaches a study skills class and I have taken it. In study skills students learn how to manage their time, how to best prepare for exams, and how they should go about learning the subject material.

Algebra Tutoring

I took Honors Algebra. Algebra introduces the fundaments of algebra needed to move forward, and then progresses onto solving systems of linear equations.

Algebra II Tutoring

I took Honors Algebra II. Algebra II teaches valuable tools such as matrices and their determinants, the characteristics of different order polynomials and how to find their roots, and branches of into trigonometry.

AP Physics Tutoring

I took AP physics, and this class has to do with thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, optics, electricity and magnetism. Lots of great videos and labs out there on this material.

Calculus Tutoring

I took Honors Calculus. This class teaches the fundamental tools needed to continue forth with calculus classes in college. The class teaches how you can use calculus to attack all the same concepts that were done in trig. and algebra but with a faster approach.

Calculus AP Tutoring

I took Honors Calculus. This class teaches the fundamental tools needed to continue forth with calculus classes in college. The class teaches how you can use calculus to attack all the same concepts that were done in trig. and algebra but with a faster approach.

Chemistry Tutoring

I took Honors Chemistry and earned 105% in the class from extra credit opportunities. Chemistry can cover stoichiometry, prediction of reaction products, thermodynamics, nuclear chemistry, electrochemistry, chemical kinetics, and many of the rudiments of physical chemistry.

English Tutoring

I took Honors English. It is possible that I once read the same books that are required by the students. In english you learn how to read books, then analyze the contents of the book, and then write a properly structured paper on the findings of the analysis.

Geometry Tutoring

I got an A in Honors Geometry. This class was my bread and butter, and has to do with with questions of shape, size, relative position of figures, and the properties of space.

History Tutoring

I took Honors History. I have taken many history classes throughout my elementary, middle school, high school, and college days. I could very easily teach the history topics I was also once taught.

Homework Coach Tutoring

I have plenty of ideas and theories that I am willing to try out to ensure a student has done their homework to the best of their ability, and in a timely fashion, using the most optimized methods of problem solving. I will show them how to expand their ability using other sources to get information needed that they were unaware of.

Math Tutoring

I am an Aerospace and Mechanical Engineer, so I know how beautiful math is once you understand the history behind it, and why it is used, and how it can be improved.

Physics Tutoring

I took honors physics, and this class has to do with thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, optics, electricity and magnetism. Lots of great videos and labs out there on this material.

Pre Algebra Tutoring

I took Honors Algebra. Algebra introduces the fundaments of algebra needed to move forward, and then progresses onto solving systems of linear equations.

Science Tutoring

I am an Aerospace and Mechanical Engineer so I have a passion for science, so I understand the concepts, the different methods of conducting experiments, ect.

Trigonometry Tutoring

I took honors Trig. In this class you learn about trig functions and inverse trig functions.

Writing Tutoring

I have written easily over 500+ papers in my life. I understand proper formatting and styling of the content to get different reactions from the readers.
