I'm originally from Arizona, but I have moved every year of my life growing up. In my spare time I love to do yoga, dance, and socialize.

About Me

I'm a preschool teacher. I have been teaching for the past 4 years, but have been involved in education for the past 7 years. I graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor's for Early Childhood Education.

Experience

I have been involved in education for the past 7 years in various ways. I have volunteered in the classroom, student caught in the classroom, tutored students after school, and I have been a teacher for the past 4 years.

Approach

Growing up, education was important to me because it was a consistent thing in my life. I aim to provide consistency for the kids in my care by providing a postive environment for them to learn. Instead of giving students the answers, I believe it is my responsibility to teach them and encourage them to find that answer on their own. I personally love the lightbulb moment students get whenever they finally understand something that has been talked to them.
