Fun Facts
One passion anyone would observe the first time upon meeting me, is my passion for people! I love working with others whether it be educational, or in their personal life. One fun fact would be, I completed two years of college with in high school through dual enrollment!
About Me
I am a senior Biology major at Norfolk State University, I actually completed my junior year at atlanta-university">Clark Atlanta University. After the completion of undergraduate, I hope to attend EVMS and partake in their Physician Assistant program specializing in Orthopedics, while also training to become a birth Doula.
Experience
As a member of Jr. Beta Honor Society, National Honor Society, Rho Kappa Honor Society, and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, I had the pleasure of tutoring/mentoring students of all ages throughout my high school career. While attending atlanta-university">Clark Atlanta University, I missed the joy of making a difference in a child's life, so I began tutoring and mentoring 7 young ladies. Working for this company would give me the opportunity to make an impact on so many lives!
Approach
While in school, I never really had assistance because I never really needed it, but I saw so many of my counterparts who gave up on education because they just didn't have the guidance needed. So many children want to succeed in their academics, but don't have the proper resources and/or assistance. I will not see another child give up/lose all hope because they believe they don't have what it takes... I would like to provide the assistance to as many children as possible. They're our future!

Biology
Math Tutoring
I have taken and successfully completed every mathematics course all the way up to Calculus II. I have tutored elementary, middle, and high school math course previous to this opportunity. Each student who has/will be put under my wing will not only gain assistance in this subject, but truly understanding the meaning for each lesson. I am a biology major, so I have completed many rigorous math courses.
Spanish Tutoring
While in high school, I chose to complete four years of Spanish. I have not tutored anyone students in Spanish, but I have tutored my counterparts in Spanish I, II, and III. I am currently enrolled in Elementary Spanish at Norfolk State University.
Elementary Math Tutoring

Each student who has/will be put under my wing will not only gain assistance in this subject, but truly understanding the meaning for each lesson.
Social Studies Tutoring
I have taken and successfully completed every history course all the way up to college level Humanities. I have tutored elementary, middle, and high school social studies courses previous to this opportunity. Each student who has/will be put under my wing will not only gain assistance in this subject, but truly understanding the meaning for each lesson. I did not chose to major in a historical major, however, I have a strong passion for social studies.
