Fun Facts

I have a twin, who is a German Shepherd dog. I actually have 2 dogs that I love to spend time with. I love sports, especially contact sports. Listening to music of all kinds of genres, especially a good song first thing in the morning is a great way to start my day. Having a positive attitude sets the day up for learning!

About Me

I am going on 2 years of being a college graduate from University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, formerly known as UT Pan American. I have a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology with a double minor in Health and Kinesiology. I consider myself a health care professional looking to take my education to the doctoral level and ultimately dream of becoming a Sport Psychologist.

Experience

As a student-athlete, I had a full class schedule alongside a part-time job besides competing for the Track & Field team. Participating in athletics, we volunteered our time to the community in representation of our sports. I have helped, coached, and taught children of all ages throughout the community in the Rio Grande Valley.

Approach

I was the student that everyone always wondered how I was able to maintain high grades and still compete at my highest potential. I still carry that drive in my work atmosphere. As a tutor, given my experience I feel that should share my experiences and teach my methods. It is important to help a child see their potential for a positive future.
