I'm an avid consumer of music, listening to a few new artists every week. In my free time I play piano and guitar, improvising and writing songs. I also enjoy reading, board games, and coffee.

About Me

I graduated from Binghamton University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Physics Minor and a GPA of 3.67. I am currently studying for a Master of Science in Operations Research at Northeastern University, with a GPA of 3.83. After earning my master's I hope to find work as a systems engineer and data analyst.

I started boston">tutoring in 2010 and quickly fell in love with the challenges and rewards of helping students succeed. I first worked as a peer boston">tutor at Binghamton University for two years, while studying as an undergraduate. After graduation I spent a year boston">tutoring full time, splitting my time between the boston">tutoring centers at Binghamton University and Broome Community College, as well as working with some private clients. I also spent two summers working as a Teaching Assistant positions for the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth. Now that I've moved to Boston, I'm excited to work through Frog boston">Tutoring to help a new community of students.

I strive to give my boston">tutoring sessions a feeling of side-by-side exploration instead of just being the guy that helps students get the right answer. However, I know that sometimes it's best to set exploration aside to focus on test prep and study strategies. My personality is laid back and patient, and I have a genuine enthusiasm for the topics I boston">tutor which I do my best to transfer to my students. I encourage my students to ask lots of questions, whether basic or advanced.
