About Me
I am a Department Chairman / Skills Specialist at a Middle School. I have a Bachelors of English Education, a Master of Education in Leadership/Supervision, an Education Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction, and will be graduating with my Ph.D. I have over 5 years experience in the education field, and I am currently growing to ensure quality student success.
Experience
As an intentional educator, I have several years in the classroom, as well as several years tutoring both online and in person. I have taught students within the K-12 sector, as well as adult learners.
Approach
As an intentional educator, I am adept in delivering procedures for designing effective and coherent instruction and assessment based on appropriate learning goals and objectives, while sustaining students’ motivation via a student-based relationship oriented safe classroom environment.
