About Me

I am a Biomedical Engineering graduate student at the Illinois Institute of Technology. I have been on Dean's list as a scholar ever since I started my graduate studies here in the States. I aim to be a Scientist someday who cures diseases and helps heal the sick and wounded.

Experience

Officially, I have been a Teaching Assistant for two consecutive semesters at IIT, and my performance has ensured my role in the upcoming semester too! Back in India, I used to love volunteering at an educational NGO that provides education to underprivileged children. Unofficially, I have always been my classmates' go-to person for last minute reviews and amazing notes!

Approach

Growing up in India, education was more about the race and less about the actual knowledge gaining process. With more emphases being given to the class ranks, students' did not care to actually learn and absorb the content. My goal is to understand every students' learning pattern so that I can use that to tailor their learning experience which will ensure enhanced performance. The purpose is to make them like learning!
