After thirty years of teaching, I have learned what does nd does not work to motivate students to succeed. I feel I have the ability to help anyone student excel in this topic. My bachelors degree of education provided much study of various techniques and then I was able to implement them. Much life experience is influential as well.

Child Development Tutoring

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education, graduated with honors and chosen to work at the private elementary school under the director of education. I have raised four children and had continuous influence in teaching young children my entire life. I am currently studying the development of nine grandchildren, as well.

ESL Tutoring

I have studied Spanish in college for four years. As a young teacher I was the director of a Migrant Head Start in Erie, PA under the leadership of Dr. Consuela Sague.

In Fresno California I had the pleasure of helping low income and those in jail time to complete the GED. I am confident I can help anyone who is interested inn overcoming this in their life. I feel privileged to help someone move forward in his/her education and career.

Math Tutoring

My favorite teacher was Mr. Finnefrock. He made math so fun. I enjoyed algebra and geometry, thanks to his excellent technique. I have developed a fail proof method for helping young students to master the basic math facts. They can go from bottom of the class to the star pupil with my program. When this happens I am so happy for them and their parents.

Reading Comprehension Tutoring

I worked as a a Reading professional at Tarpey Elementary School in Clovis, California. I assisted many bilingual students to improve their comprehension through fun exercises and interactions. I also helped many college graduates study for the CBEST teachers qualifier for several years in the Fresno Unified Adult Education programs. This has a particular focus on reading comprehension. I can help you, too.
