Fun Facts

I am creative and I like to paint and do crafts. I was born and raised in Texas. I like to collect sunflowers as they are my favorite flower. I enjoy being around children and I have 3 nieces and 1 nephew.

About Me

I attended Texas Lutheran University and have my Bachelor's degree in Social Work. I have spent most of my working career with children.

Experience

When I was a senior in high school I worked as an after school tutor for elementary students. I helped them with homework and made sure everything looked good. I have also taught 3, 4, and 5 year olds for about 8 years. I worked in a private preschool with Kindergarten through 5th grade helping with homework. I look forward to helping more students succeed in their academic lives.

Approach

I want to be as helpful as possible while teaching students how to get to the right answer on their own. I want to guide and support my students so they are confident in the knowledge they gain.
