I love shopping, hanging around with friends and family, and listening to music. I also enjoy traveling to new places and meeting new people and cultures. I am a very easy-going and friendly person.
About Me
I am a transfer junior at the chicago">University of Illinois at Chicago majoring in Biological Sciences. Once I obtain my Bachelor's Degree, I plan on going to Medical school to become a certified Doctor.
Experience
As the secretary of The South Suburban College Honor's Society, I used to volunteer as a tutor in subjects like Math from Pre-Algebra to Calculus I, Chemistry from General Chemistry I to Organic Chemistry I, and also English each time I supervised the Honor's Lounge. I also worked as a tutor for over a year and a half at South Suburban College for both disabled and active students. I plan on bringing along all this experience with me to Frog tutoring.
Approach
As a tutor, I always try to be friendly, patient, and encourage my tutees so as to build their confidence. in every tutoring sessions, I use of new ways to explain challenging rules, concepts, or vocabulary to make every sessions special and not boring. I make sure I use positive reinforcements each time tutees make some progression to boost their confidence even more. I also provide my tutees with study tips to help improve their grades and knowledge.

Biological Sciences
Calculus I Tutoring
I took this course in college and I got an "A". I have a year of experience tutoring this subject. As a biology major planning on going to Medical School I needed calculus for my degree.
Chemistry I Tutoring
I took this course and got an "A" in it. This course was required for my major. I tutored this course for over a year now and I was also chosen to be the teacher's Aide for this course.
Chemistry II Tutoring
I took this course and got an "A" in it. This course was required for my major and I have a year on experience tutoring this course.
College Algebra Tutoring
I did not take this course because after my placement test, I waived out of this class. Nevertheless, I have tutored this course for over a year and a half now and I was the teacher's Aide of this course for a semester.
French Tutoring
I grew up in French speaking country where I have learned how to write and read French. I have a year of tutoring experience.

GED Tutoring
I went through the GED program to obtain my High School equivalency, since I went to high school in homeland country. I have a year of experience tutoring GED's subjects.

I took math courses both in high school and college and also did in my GED programs in which I did perfectly well. I have more than a year and a half of experience tutoring this subject
