When I'm not cooking or playing video games, you will find me in the gym playing pickup basketball or reading. I love traveling, outdoor adventure, and finding new restaurants. I also love meeting new people and learning about different cultures.
About Me
I'm a teacher's aide and tutor at Highland Park Elementary school. I'm currently working towards my dream job of being a secondary science and math teacher.
Experience
In college, I had the opportunity to tutor elementary school students in personal finance principles as a member of Capital Communities at the University of Texas at Austin. I later tutored adult learners in algebra and English as a member of New York Cares. Currently, I tutor 5th grade students in math. I'm thrilled to help more students achieve success as a tutor with Frog Tutoring.
Approach
I was fortunate to have the teachers and the support to be successful in school, eventually becoming an AP and National Achievement Scholar, and attending my dream school on a full-ride scholarship. I would like to offer students the same opportunity to achieve their full potential, and help equip them with the tools to maximize their success.

Finance
Algebra Tutoring
I've always had excellent grades in math and scored among the top 5% on the math section of the SAT. Additionally, I have previous experience working as a math tutor and am excited to continue helping students achieve success in math.
AP English Tutoring
I made a 5 on both AP English exams, scored in the top 1% of the verbal section of the SAT, and in the top 7% for writing. I also have prior experience tutoring students in English. I'm thrilled to help students achieve success in AP English.
AP Physics Tutoring
I have always made excellent grades in science (including an "A" in high school physics. I did not take AP Physics but did well on the SAT Subject test in physics, earning college credit for the course while still in high school. I am passionate about science and STEM and want to help students achieve their highest potential.

I took AP Statistics in high school and made a score of "4." Since taking 6 additional hours of statistics in college, and earning excellent grades, I feel confident I can help you achieve success in AP Statistics.

As a finance major, finance lab proctor in school, and former bond analyst, I have extensive experience using excel for financial and economic purposes. I'm excited to teach how to be efficient using excel and provide an overview of the wide variety of excel functionality from data analysis to financial modeling.
