About Me

I am a Marketing major at Wayne State University. I am pursuing a bachelor's degree, and I plan on continuing my education in a Physician's Assistant program after graduation. My true passions are working with people and healthcare.

Experience

I have been trained by Wayne State's Academic Success Center and I have had over a year's experience running a classroom as a Supplemental Instructor. Working with faculty to develop session plans as well as one on one tutoring with students of several courses has prepared me for facilitating learning!

Approach

My approach is very simple. One thing I have always hated about academia is necessary complications. I aim to simplify problem solving and analysis by bringing to material down to a level easily understood by anyone. I was told that if you cannot explain something to someone else in simple terms, than you do not have a true understanding. I make sure that every subject I offer tutoring in is a subject that I can describe in words used every day.
