Fun Facts
Something that I love to do for fun is play piano, solve puzzles and read books. I am the oldest sister to my younger brother. Something that I absolutely love to do is organize things. If you give me the option to organize or go shopping, I will choose shopping for organization equipment and then go organize in the house.
About Me
I am a second semester Junior at California State University of Sacramento. I concurrently take classes at American river college. I am a Math Major and I hope to get a bachelors in Mathematics, then receive my teaching credentials, and finally teach a classroom of my own.
Experience
I currently teach two students to play piano. In the past I have tutored kids of all ages as well as my peers for mathematics in my own free time. I am currently taking a Tutoring class at American River College to help me become a better tutor and help me understand my peers and students better. Working for Frog Tutoring will not only help me get ready for my future career but also help those surrounding me to succeed in their classes.
Approach
In the past, I have had tutors that wanted me to succeed and helped me succeed using all of their efforts and those who did not care and helped me with the subjects and sections that I did not need help with. As a tutor, I plan to bring all of my efforts to help students succeed and help them what they truly need help with, as well as a positive attitude that will encourage and engage the students into the subjects, thus helping them succeed in their classes.

Mathematics
College Algebra Tutoring
I have tutored Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, as well as elementary algebra. I did not take those courses in college since I was placed into Pre-Calculus right away. I have received an A in that course when I took it and have tutored others as well.

All of these classes are for my degree in mathematics. I have received very good grades in these subjects and have spent countless hours studying to understand the content and how to master the sections within the classes. I have tutored Pre-Calculus and Calculus 1 before, as well us lower classes such as Elementary Algebra, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and Geometry which are all included in Pre-Calculus.
Pre Calculus Tutoring
I have taken Pre-Calculus at American River college and have received an A in the course. I have tutored the material in this class before since the material covered in that class is a combination of Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry as well as Elementary Algebra. This course is a requirement for my degree as a mathematics major, so tutoring this course will help me become a successful teacher and a better tutor now as well as in the future.

Piano Tutoring
I have taken a Piano course in American River college and Received an A in it. My mom was a teacher and she was able to teach me as well. I currently have two students whom I am teaching and they are learning fast. I have also taught a few students in the past few years as well. I currently play for a Children's choir at Bryte Church and have played in multiple bands and choirs in the past
Conversational Russian Tutoring
I have taken a Russian course in the past at Sacramento City college and received an A in it. I am a fluent speaker, reader, and writer in Russian since I was taught the language from childhood. I currently teach a Sunday School class of 22 children ages 6-8 all in Russian and the children are learning new things each day.
