I love playing video games so if you want to spark up a conversation that's always a good starting point. I am a pretty good conversationalist so given a subject I can try to incorporate it in the current subject I am tutoring or use it as something the student and I can bond over
About Me
I am an aspiring entomologist which means I want to be a biologist who studies insects and arachnids.
College Grad with a B.S. in Biology that I received from Our Lady of The Lake University after a 4 year term. my goal is to get into Grad school and study entomology for my masters program
Experience
As a lab assistant in College I was able to tutor many biology majors and non majors in Chemistry and Biology which will help me in tutoring lower levels of the same courses. For those of you in math or reading I am an avid learner of those subjects as well sporting A's in those course so I am sure I can help you improve in your understanding.
Approach
I assess what the student understands or what they do not have a good grasp of and attack the situation from there and work around it instead of leaving it to be solved later.
