Fun Facts
I've always been a huge dancer and rock climber! I love participating in competitions and trying my hardest, though I've never placed in anything :p
A lot of people think I'm from some foreign country when they hear my accent, but I was actually born in Virginia. My father was in the military, and we moved around a lot. My voice just picked something up along the way!
About Me
I'm a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in European History with a minor in Foreign Languages and an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education. I took a huge variety of classes, and a few I didn't need for my major, just cuz I love learning! I'm currently a full-time tutor, and I want to stay that way :)
Experience
I've been tutoring people of all ages for the past 8 years! I first got into it with just some kids I was babysitting, and then eventually got more people just by word of mouth.
Approach
I've always had a different way of learning and expressing myself, so I had to get used to teaching myself material. I had to adapt what teachers were saying into new formats to help myself, and I got really good at helping my fellow classmates understand. I just love coming up with new ways to teach the same things. A different approach is needed for every different mind :)
