As a freshman college student, I am grateful to say I have travelled around the world and have experienced the lives of so many different cultures, an opportunity I would credit to the outlook I have on life today. I have become accustomed to different points of view and admire the resilience people in my community and across the world have which serves as inspiration for me to do better every day.

About Me

I am a freshman college student enrolled at dePaul University majoring in health sciences focusing on physical therapy.

Experience

For 3 years of my high school career I served as a coach tutor which meant I would come before the school day or stay after and help my peers with subjects they were struggling with.

Approach

When I began as a freshman in high school, I had never experienced the public school system but soon realized that it can be competitive at times which caused me to struggle. I had learned to overcome my fear of getting help in subjects I was struggling with and am grateful I did sooner than later because it is the reason I ended my high school career on a strong note.
