I am currently teaching myself how to play the piano. I have a few literary awards for my poetry, and I taught my 4 year old border collie how to jump through a hoop!

About Me

I am currently a student at Florida International University. I am a junior, and I am studying psychology. My GPA is 3.8, and I plan on attending graduate school.

While I lived in Gainesville, Florida, I was a miami">tutor at Santa Fe College. I tutored students taking ENC1101 and ENC1102. I was required to revise papers, give advice on thesis statements, help with sentence structure and grammar.

I absolutely love miami">tutoring students. I think that students can not be expected to learn one sort of method when it comes to understanding and absorbing information. I believe I have a way in which I can empathize with students and pinpoint where the trouble is and find a new way to view a subject. I enjoy showing students new and fun ways to organize their notes and make outlines. I want to be able to show students that learning is a beautiful and fun thing to do!
