Fun Facts

I am a former Accounting Professor that taught a myriad of business subjects at Texas A&M - Corpus Christi. While I left academics to devote my time to a growing business, tutoring allows me to still teach at an individual level.

I come from a military family and moved quite a bit growing up, and have been in Corpus Christi for about 10 years. I enjoy teaching and mentoring students at the college level, especially in learning the material, as well as helping them start job hunting.

Approach

I strongly believe that teaching needs to be done by making complex subjects relatable to experiences in the students life. Accounting can be a very difficult subject to understand if taught on an abstract level. I strive to get the students to understand the concepts behind accounting instead of memorizing facts.
