Fun Facts
College has pushed me out of my comfort zone and allowed me to grow my passion for travel. I've traveled to over 12 countries and tried the coffee and chocolate in each place too! I enjoy reading at coffee shops, playing soccer with my friends and pretending I'm good at it, and meditating. Right now, I'm working on improving my Spanish skills!
About Me
I am a recent graduate from Santa Clara University in the Bay Area. I graduated with magna cum laude and was on the Dean's List three years in a row. I will continue my education at UW-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health to earn my M.D.
Experience
Since high school, I have had an interest in tutoring. In school, I learned that teaching was the best way for me to learn the subject material myself. Most of my tutoring experience comes from high school when my Chemistry teacher recommended me to tutor a fellow student who was struggling. I take pride in my ability to meet the student where they are at and figuring out an effective learning plan from there. I hope I am able to help more students love learning through Frog Tutoring.
Approach
I believe that any skill requires practice and patience. Growing up, I was always ready for challenges and saw difficulties as opportunities to grow my knowledge for the subject matter. I want to break any belief that a student is not capable of achieving any goal of theirs. For each person, I'm passionate about figuring out the learning style that works for them and getting them excited about building positive learning habits.

English Tutoring
As a Public Health minor and History minor, I had to write many different kinds of papers from scientific to argumentative. Through the experience, I've gained in writing my own papers and editing for classmates I was able to learn a lot about organization, flow, and style.
Chemistry I Tutoring
I received straight A's in my chemistry classes and consistently scored toward the top of the class. Chemistry has been my favorite subject throughout high school and college. It requires specific study skills that I am willing to teach other students in order to fully understand the subject.
Psychology Tutoring
As a premedical student, I had to learn effective ways to learn psychology, which includes a lot of memorization. I received a 5 on the AP Psych test in high school as well as received A's in 3 psychology tests I took in college. I scored in the 92nd percentile on the Psychology section of the MCAT exam as well.

I received straight A's in all of my physics classes in college. I had a wonderful professor that helped me understand physics at a deeper level and I am excited to provide the same for other students who want the same.
