I love Boba tea. Why? I used to live in Asia and drank it every day for 3 years! Speaking of Asia, I love to travel and have been to Malaysia, Thailand and Taiwan. I was on a TV show in Taiwan and have been acting ever since I was in middle school.

About Me

I am a working actor in Los Angeles and am originally from Michigan. I have a B.A. in Theatre from Cornerstone University and a M.F.A. in Acting from Regent University. I hope to make a full-time living as an actor one day, and have been in several commercials and indie films. I also love dancing and am a great salsa and swing dancer!

Experience

I taught ESL for 3 years in Taiwan at Overseas Radio and TV - I taught on TV and in person, I taught all ages - high school and middle school were who I taught the most. I was an Adjunct Professor of theatre and communications at Cornerstone University for a year. During that time, I also tutored online for various companies in China - ABC and Engua. I also taught acting courses for a year at Grand Rapids Civic Theatre.

Approach

I empower students and focus on their potential. I bring a heart approach, where I help students relax and build a relationship, so I can see who they really are as a person. I believe the head and heart work together, and should not be separated. Sometimes students struggle to learn because of shame/lack of confidence, and I want to help them realize their potential. Ultimately, through this exchange, I will continue to help build their confidence and challenge them.
