My true passion is chemistry. Solving questions related to chemistry and chemical research really pump me up. But I also love to play golf and go to the gym whenever possible!

About Me

I am a recent graduate from University of Arizona as cum laude with double major in biochemistry and molecular cellular biology. I have worked in research labs for more than 3 years with multiple publications related to analytical chemistry, molecular cellular biology, and biochemistry. I am currently working as a research technician in the medical school and also as a clinical research coordinator at Banner University Medical Center. My hope is to become a doctor working to help those in need

Experience

I was a preceptor (similar to undergraduate TA) for general chemistry and organic chemistry and was a private tutor for biology, chemistry, and organic chemistry. I am also experienced in tutoring for high school students as I was an ACT, AP chemistry, AP biology, and AP statistics tutor for students. I want to be able to branch out my experience while helping those that struggle with the conceptual understanding of certain subjects

Approach

I struggled often with science and math all the way up to high school. But I met a teacher in AP Chemistry in high school that helped spark a passion in chemistry as well as hope for my future as a doctor. It was during my time spent with the teacher that I realized passion and interest is all you need to succeed in a subject while steering yourself further towards your goal.
