Fun Facts

Music has always been one important aspect of my extracurricular activities. I have been playing the Scottish bagpipes for almost 7 years as I set the record for the longest bagpipe marathon playing continuously in my hometown for 9 hours. I also love travelling, I have been to more than 8 countries as I am always fascinated by foreign cultures as I look to visit even more.

About Me

I am a Junior Aerospace engineering major at San Jose State University. I led several projects during my previous years at college aimed mostly at modeling, designing, building and testing robotic systems and aircraft. I intend to attend law school after I graduate with my undergraduate degree and then work in business and patent law having the advantage of an engineering background.

Experience

In addition to my college engineering-focused projects, I am a member of many organizations, mainly the pre-law society at San Jose State where I am preparing myself for law school and Model United Nations club, where I get to attend nationwide conferences each year discussing and lecturing about wide variety of topics including politics, economics and international relations. Also I was a scout leader for 7 years contributing the development of an aware and more responsible younger generation.

Approach

Recalling my 7 years of experience in developing an aware and more responsible younger generation. I tend to understand different behaviors of students and what the most effective course of action would be. I also believe in developing the student's soft skills as critical thinking and problem solving is almost as important as learning the physics and the math, thus not only I will seek to improve the academic skills of students but also try to inspire a more effective approach toward learning.
