Fun Facts

One thing people quickly learn about me is my passion for music! I actually have had a record deal for a year now, and plan to release my new album soon.

About Me

I am a recent graduate from Cornell University. I also am an early graduate! I started university at the age of 16 and graduated less than a month ago with a degree in Health, Policy, and Business! I hope to become an intellectual property lawyer and ER physician someday.

Experience

From the very beginning of my undergraduate career, I have had the opportunity to tutor many people around me. Initially, I worked for LPP, a non-profit program under the New York State Education Department that helps low-income students facing difficulty in high-school overcome the barriers and effectively pursue their respective career goals. I also worked as an assistant for an SAT instructor certified by The Princeton Review and additionally tutored students with learning disabilities.

Approach

Learning can often be intimidating, even for the best of us. Personally, I find that every problem has a solitary root, and if the overwhelming layers of any problem can be shed off one by one, a student can reach the core and then build the problem back up. As a tutor, I emphasize learning how to start from the core and gradually fit these pieces together, and I feel that this strategy, once mastered, can help a student overcome almost any problem in any class! Remember, smart work > hard work.
