Fun Facts

I love the color green and make it a strong personality trait. I enjoy playing team sports such as soccer or ultimate frisbee in my free time. I have one older brother that has been one of my greatest role models from him becoming a successful Civil Engineer and compassionate member in his community. I recently started watching TED talks focused on social development with the intent of forming practical action.

About Me

I am a senior standing Biomedical Engineering student at UC Davis with a strong ambition for teaching. My short-term career goal is to attend graduate school in pursing my long-term goal of becoming a researcher in academia where I can also be a professor.

Experience

I have tutored many College Level Students attending UC Davis. I work one-on-one to help students achieve their goals whether it is a major level course or simply a class they need to pass. I have a plethora of experience helping high school and college students with Calculus and Chemistry. My work has been on referral bases, however working for Frog Tutor I value the opportunity to help a larger community.

Approach

I am a quick learner and thrived on teaching my fellow classmates growing up. I have since become more sophisticated in teaching by understanding the psychology of human learning and comprehending the current level of understanding my students possess. As a tutor, building a personal connection while bridging gaps in intellect has lead to a great success of my students.
