I enjoy sports and movies, I love playing soccer. I really enjoy math and finding the beauty in a difficult problem that makes you think. I have just recently started doing archery as a hobby.

About Me

I am a sophomore at the University of New Mexico double majoring in math and physics. When I graduate I hope to go on to graduate school and earn a PhD in Mathematics. My ultimate goal is to do research and work as a professor at a university.

I took ap Calculus A and B in high school and I have taken complex analysis, abstract algebra, and physics 1, 2, and 3. I tutored in high school through National honor society and currently do some albuquerque">tutoring through the honors college here at UNM. I love to help people see how amazing and useful math can be.

When i albuquerque">tutor a student I don't like to give the answer, I like to help with examples and have the student find the answer themselves. I think it is also important to understand what is going on in a problem as well as being able to get the correct answer. Sometimes I think seeing the big picture can help with the understanding of the details.
