Fun Facts
I took a gap year from college, where I traveled to Spain, Morocco, England, France, Scotland, Uganda, Thailand, and Malaysia. My best friend and I couchsurfed and lived off food from little markets. I would love travel more, but it's hard to find the time and finances. The next country I would love to visit is South Africa.

As a child, I initially struggled with reading and writing. However, my first grade teacher worked diligently with me to help me understand the basic concepts of reading and writing. Ever since she took the extra time and effort to help me, I have felt compelled to help others who are struggling with school. In addition, my sister was diagnosed with learning disabilities, and I spent a lot of my childhood trying to help her with her homework. Since I am aware with the frustration of struggling in school, I strongly believe in patience while chicago">tutoring and being willing to go over the same problem over and over. Practice problems and practice writing essays are very important in successfully understanding the material.
