I recently moved to California as I love the ocean. I also love to travel, even if it’s only a short day trip.

About Me

I currently work in a hospital. I have an Emergency Medical Technician Certification, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, a Master’s Degree Public Health, a Master’s Degree Health Education, and I am currently working on a Master’s Degree Medical Social Work. My ultimate goal is to obtain a Doctorate Degree and work in the medical field.

Experience

During my undergraduate years I tutored students in my degree field as well as working as a teacher’s aid in elementary and middle schools. I also tutored students who were in middle school and high school when they were admitted to a hospital where I was employed.

Approach

I have always found it difficult to learn with just books and little to no instruction. As a student I do better with more visual aids, and that is how I like to tutor. My tutoring approach will vary in some aspects with each student as everyone learns differently.
