My greatest passion is life is Wrestling! I have done it since a young age and continue to compete through college! I am almost always outside competing and if not I often can be found playing video-games on my computer! I just moved to Texas from Oregon and Oregon from California.

About Me

I am a Senior at Texas Wesleyan! I am double-majoring in 5 years with Bachelors degrees in Marketing and Management! In addition, I plan to finish with my Masters being in Data Analytics at Texas Wesleyan! I aspire to help build small start up companies and focus on contributing back to the community.

Experience

I was an academic tutor when I was attending Oregon State for a few years. I still help tutor high-school students frequently for the SAT and ACT. I love to help teach and give students an opportunity to grow. In addition to academic tutoring, I am a Team Texas National wrestling coach and often have private practices with athletes.

Approach

My approach to tutoring is focusing on not just learning the material but understanding why we learn it and why it is done this way. I find once students have a deeper understanding of the background for the information they often retain it considerably better. In addition, helping students accomplish the tasks by guiding them and correcting them not coercing them. Helping a student get through the task and getting their own feeling of accomplishment is huge for improvement!
