My family has moved around the country a few times, and I have lived in five states. I'm the youngest child out of six children. I may or may not be addicted to chocolate.
About Me
I am a junior studying biochemistry at Texas Christian University. Although I am on the premed track, I am also interested in going into research. I am involved in Chemistry Club, Alpha Epsilon Delta (prehealth club), and Global Medical Training Club.
Experience
I've been tutoring for 5 years. In high school, I tutored elementary-level math and science. Last year, I was a teaching assistant for both Introductory Biology and Quantitative Analysis of Chemistry.
Approach
I definitely believe in positive encouragement in tutoring. Learning may be stressful, and sometimes, students may feel embarrassed if they get the wrong answer. I believe in encouraging students to reach the right answer, and allow them to be comfortable enough to allow themselves to be wrong.

Chemistry I Tutoring
I have taken Chemistry I and II, Quantitative Analysis of Chemistry, and Organic Chemistry. I am a biochemistry major with a foundation in chemistry. Last year, I was an undergraduate teaching assistant for chemistry.

The following year, I was asked to be a teaching assistant for biology. Since then, I have taken Cellular Molecular & Developmental Biology, and am currently taking Virology, Mammalian Physiology, and Biochemistry.
