Fun Facts
I am passionate about travel. I have been to Tanzania three times as well as England, Dubai, Mexico, Panama, Italy, and The Netherlands. This summer I spent two months in Italy excavating a Roman Villa. I love cooking and baking and actually worked in a bakery for a while. I also have three cats named Orlando, Chester, and Natasha. I love old movies, especially classics and dramas. I used to play field hockey and I enjoy boxing, tennis, and running.
About Me
I am currently a Senior at Texas Christian University. I am an Anthropology and Biology double major with a Chemistry minor. After graduation, I plan to attend medical school and become a doctor. I currently work in a Chemistry research lab and am in the John V. Roach Honors college. I have been on the Deans list every semester I've been at TCU and have a 4.0 GPA in both of my majors.
Experience
In high school I volunteered my time to tutor children at local elementary and middle schools. My sophomore year of high school, I tutored kids at KIPP middle school in math and reading. During my senior year, I tutored at a local school once a week. The school was in a lower income neighborhood and many of the students spoke spanish as their primary language.
