Fun Facts
I spent most of my childhood in eastern Pennsylvania, where I grew up with four older sisters. I kept busy in high school mainly with my studies and sports. I played field hockey for a few years and I ran Cross Country and Track for four years. In my free time, I enjoy binge watching Netflix and napping.
About Me
I am currently a sophomore at Princeton University, studying Civil and Environmental Engineering. I hope to obtain a minor in engineering and management systems. On campus, I work with Campus Recreation, as well as the Office of Religious Life
Experience
As a member of National Honor Society, in high school I had the opportunity to tutor students of all ages for about two years. While I grew up tutoring mainly younger kids, I graduated high school having tutored students from first grade all the way up to seniors.
Approach
Before moving to America, my parents were both teachers in Syria. As a result, the importance of an education was never forgotten in my house hold. Growing up, my parents always encouraged me to try my hardest with everything and as a result, I've learned to give 100 percent to everything I do. That said, one of the reasons I thoroughly enjoy tutoring is to teach students the values and lessons that I've learned growing up, that will ultimately help them with all aspects of life.
