About Me

I am a junior double majoring in Physics and Applied Mathematics and Statistics. I also have an associate degree in science/new-york/new-york">Computer Science. I love doing research. My goal in life is to be a professor and do research in high-energy physics. When I graduate, I want to pursue a Ph.D. in physics.

Experience

I have 2 years of experience in tutoring. I have tutored middle school to college-level students. I am an expert in teaching Mathematics and Physics. I can teach General Physics I and II. I also have great experience in teaching SAT Math and Physics (Subject test). In mathematics, I am experienced in teaching algebra 1 and 2, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, Calculus, Probability and, Statistics.

Approach

Through my tutoring experience, I learned to deal with students. Every student learns at a different pace and in different ways. I adapt my techniques and method according to students’ abilities. When a student asks questions, they understand better. Most of the students don't have the confidence to ask questions. I make the students comfortable and encourage them to ask me questions.
