About Me
I am a senior at Emory University, majoring in Neuroscience and minoring in German. I have a decent grasp of the Chinese language, and I am currently applying to medical schools. I hope to attain an MD/MPH and specialize in Pediatric Neurology.
I attended Chamblee Charter High School, where I first started atlanta">tutoring my classmates. I tutored Math (Geometry, Algebra II, AP Calculus) and different levels of German. In college, I spent a semester atlanta">tutoring Beginning German. I have also been a TA for Chemistry Lab I and II the past two years.
My atlanta">tutoring approaches vary depending on the subject, but I always begin by identifying the main problems. I focus on that problem and make the student practice the correct methods until he fully understands the concept. I never give away the answer before the student has given a full effort, and I always maintain a positive attitude. My atlanta">tutoring approach also includes study and organizational skills that can be applied to all classes.
