About Me

I go to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I am a physics major with a 3.7 GPA in the major. I participate in bio-medical optics research here at charlotte">UNC Charlotte, I have already published one article to a good journal relating to my research. By the end of the year I hope to have two more articles published pertaining to the different research I do here. I am actively engaged with the Charlotte chapter of Society of Physics Students, and have recently just been voted vice president.

Currently I am the supplemental instructor for physics 1 at charlotte">UNC Charlotte. Supplemental instruction is like group charlotte">tutoring, and I have been very successful with that. I also charlotte">tutor Calculus and Physics privately for the past year.

I feel students should understand what they are looking at and be able to analyze it from multiple different angles. I like to show them the logic of a general problem, then give them a specific problem that uses that logic and act as a crutch for them while they try and solve that problem. I also give them tips for how to view different problems and try to instill a general skill set for solving any problem that may be presented.
