Fun Facts

One of my many passions is Musical Theater. I love to perform through singing, dancing and acting. I've been doing it since I was eight years old. I'm also originally from Wisconsin where my passion for theatre began.

About Me

I am finishing my Bachelor's Degree for Theater Arts at Santa Monica College and will transfer to a four year university, hoping it be UCLA. My career goal is to become a drama therapist, so once I am done with my Bachelor's degree I will go for my Master's degree in Therapy and then get my therapist's license.

Experience

I have over 5-6 years of experience working with kids from age ranges of pre-school all the way to pre-adolescents. I will find a way to make the work fun and be more hands on. I appreciated being given examples growing up so I like to incorporate that into my study skills for your children. Working for Frog Tutoring gives me the chance to impact students lives even more so that need the help! I'd love to be a part of that journey with them.

Approach

As a kid, I struggled in school and found learning to be difficult especially from a book. In elementary school, I was fortunate enough to have a teacher who, through positive encouragement and persistence, helped me realize my true potential. As a tutor, I attempt to bring this attitude to all of my sessions. Instead of giving students answers, I feel it is my responsibility to not only teach them the content, but study skills that will help them be successful in all classes
