About Me
I am a theoretical physicist educated at MIT in Cambridge, MA.
I have extensive teaching experience in physics at Wesleyan University, MIT, and Harvard University while a PhD student at MIT. I have been granted several scholarships in theoretical physics for engaging in research and teaching with numerous Nobel Prize winners in physics, e.g., Barry Barish, Sam Ting, Wolfgang Ketterle, and Jim Peebles.
I am an excellent teacher, and I can insure that you will learn and love physics.
Experience
I began teaching at Wesleyan university as a teaching assistant and guest lecture in math and physics while an undergraduate. I received numerous teaching assistantships at MIT and Harvard, notably with world renowned Professor Walter Lewin and Nobel Prize winner Wolfgang Ketterle at MIT.
I also have extensive experience as a physics consultant to the world's most prestigious intellectual property law firms.
I am also a private physics, astrophysics, astronomy, and mathematics tutor.
Approach
I employ the Socratic method. I will guide you towards understanding physics through a relaxed, conversational format.
I will oscillate between mathematically detailed demonstrations of problem solving examples and illuminating verbal explanations of the deeper meaning of the physics under discussion.
We can proceed at a pace that you are most comfortable with. I will customize a program that starts with your present background and ends successfully with your final vision.
