Fun Facts

A fun fact about me is that I LOVE creative writing! Any time I have the chance, one may find me compositing a new written work. Another fun fact is that I live on a farm, and that I love animals. However, my future aspirations are to live in New York and to be a literature professor, while writing books in my spare time.

About Me

I am a rising Junior at the University of California, Berkeley. I am a double major, in the fields of Molecular Cell Biology and Comparative Literature. My ultimate goal is to continue onward with my education. I love school, and I could really see myself being in a classroom environment for the rest of my life. This is why I feel that my calling in life is to teach; henceforth, becoming a professor in the field of literature is my greatest aspiration.

Experience

I have been tutoring for YEARS, and I love it with every bit of my being. I, thoroughly, value the process of learning, and I believe that education is one of life's greatest assets. I started tutoring, during high school. That is where I learned that teaching would be an appropriate fit for me in the future. I was also hired by the City of Gilroy, as the main tutor for their public school's after-school programs. My experience has allowed me to aid students surpass their educational goals.

Approach

I have always excelled in the classroom, but this has not come with no adversity or realm of struggle. Although subject matter like English, Comparative Literature, and Biology have come easy to me, there have been others that were not always as innately understood. However, discipline allows one to move mountains; including those in educational spheres. I am very excited to cater to your, or your child's educational needs. We will make a great team, and approach subject manner effectively.
