Fun Facts

I love sports and the outdoors! During my free time, you can always find me outside doing something. During my time at UCLA I joined the men's rowing team and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Although I do not row anymore, I still stay active through other basketball, surfing and snowboarding.

About Me

I have my Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from UCLA, and plan to pursue my PhD in Organic Chemistry in the upcoming year. My ultimate goal is to teach Chemistry at a community college. I have been tutoring Chemistry and Math officially since December 2018, and just started recently with frog tutoring!

Experience

My tutoring career began during my early years in college. I was doing well in all of my classes, and found myself helping other students in my class with concepts they struggled with. Not only did my peers complement me on my teaching skills, but I found that I really enjoyed helping them. Eventually I began to tutor more formally, and find that all my clients are satisfied.

Approach

When I graduated high school, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. I ended up at community college. Here I found my passion for Science and Math. I ended up transferring to UCLA, and becoming one of thirty graduating Chemistry seniors my year. I think my passion for the subjects I tutor, as well as my inspiring story helps me to keep students engaged and teach more effectively.
