Fun Facts

I was a ballet dancer for 12 years, and I still enjoy dance and the arts in general. I also love traveling and learning about new cultures, and I hope to study abroad sometime in the future.

About Me

I am a senior English major at Texas Christian University, with minors in French and Political Science and an emphasis in Women's Studies. My current plan is to attend law school after graduation, although I have yet to decide where. I hope to become a lawyer, and I currently am interested in Human Rights or Intellectual Property Law.

I have had experience tutoring my peers in several areas. Because of my love of English and writing, I have often helped fellow students with writing papers, whether they are analysis or research based. I also have experience tutoring math, particularly Calculus 1. I am excited to continue working with students through Frog Tutoring!

One of my main goals as a tutor is to stay positive. I know how frustrating and stressful being a student can be, and I believe that simply keeping a positive attitude can be very helpful. When working with a student, my primary focus is on any questions that they might have. After reviewing and analyzing material with them, I will emphasize any important elements that have been missed. Above all, I want to help the student feel comfortable with and confident about the material they are studying.
