Fun Facts

One thing that I am very passionate about is photography. Photography makes me understand people better, getting to know more people, it makes them more social and more sensitive, and feel the sadness or anger they hide behind smiles because a picture can tell a lot of things. Photography also makes me creative and productive to practice patience and focus. I love reading books; it expands my worldwide and gives me a better perspective. It is a stairway to my imagination.

About Me

I am a college student majoring in both Robotics and Electrical Engineering at Baltimore City Community College. Once I am finished getting my degree, I will pursuit becoming an Aerospace Engineer and hoping that someday I will have a significant contribution to the space industry. Furthermore, I have been a STEM Ambassador for 3 years now and I got to other schools, Elementary to High School, to encourage students on joining the STEM Program.

Experience

Before I became a private tutor in both Calculus and Chemistry, I was a Robotics Mentor where I had the opportunity to visit High-Schools and meet several juniors and seniors. My job was to provide feedback and tutoring lessons so that they will do good in both of their SAT and College Entrance Exams. While I was in the program, I earned positive feedback from parents regarding classroom instruction and student learning success.

Approach

I came from a family of educators – both Parents together with my Grandparents. So even when I was still a child, I was already exposed to handling different types of students since I was able to observe and experienced it first hand. Furthermore, I am constantly reminded that there are different types of learning. Thus, if I am tutoring someone, I always adjust based upon the capabilities and how they can absorb a topic more effectively and efficiently.
