One of my biggest passions is health and fitness. In fact, I recently just took up boxing lessons as an extra form of fitness and to learn something new! I've also been a Vegan for 7 years. I'm an only child and enjoy traveling as much as I can.

About Me

I am an Applied Mathematics major who has spent the last 2+ years working in the Finance Industry. I continue to tutor because I enjoy building meaningful relationships with students and helping them achieve their goals.

Experience

I tutored Mathematics at the college level for 5 years and after graduating I worked at Sylvan Learning Center as a Match Coach/Teacher for about 7 months until COVID. Since then, I have worked one-on-one with Middle School and Elementary School students in Mathematics as well.

Approach

The way that I have found students learn best is through example. Usually starting with some of the more basic examples and then work our way up to the most difficult examples. I find this gives students a broader range of what to expect on quizzes and tests.
