Fun Facts
I love going in caves and have spent the last 6 years leading undergraduate and graduate students on Earth and environmental field trips underground.
About Me
I’m a first-year immunology graduate student at Emory University. Before this, I worked as a laboratory research associate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the Department of Chemistry. I received my BA from Boston College where I studied Theology.
Experience
During my time at MIT, I taught three eight-week-long courses to high school students through the Educational Studies Program. I have been tutoring high school and college students in mathematics, literature, biology, chemistry, and formal writing since 2010.
Approach
As a working scientist who splits her time between the field and the lab, I love discovery. I tailor tutoring programs to individual strengths and weaknesses to empower students to discover their abilities and passions.
