Fun Facts

I love anime and manga, my favorites being One Piece and Dragon Ball Z. I also enjoy football, especially college football as I'm big with statistics regarding certain players, especially quarterbacks. My favorite college quarterback of all time either has to be Johnny Manziel, Marcus Mariota, or Baker Mayfield (Honorable mentions would be Jalen Hurts and Andrew Luck).

About Me

I am a second-semester Freshman Data Science major at Michigan State University. Last semester I made the Dean's list with a GPA of 3.9. I plan on minoring in Economics, finance, or business administration later down my path to attain my Bachelor's, and later in hopes to attain my Master's in Data Science. I am very experienced in math up to Calc 1 with later plans of learning up to Calc 3/multivariable calculus and Linear Algebra. I also plan to add lots of programming knowledge to my repertoire such as languages R, C++, and Python.

Experience

As a member of a non-profit organization built to provide free tutoring services to struggling underprivileged kids, I've been tutoring from 10th grade to 12th grade through which I've had 2 clients, one has graduated and another has made tremendous progress in reading and writing. I've received high praise from my superiors such as one of the board members Quinn Cassar.

Approach

Math used to be one of my worst subjects growing up, the teachers would be of no use as they would just re-read the problem expecting me to understand when I didn't. However when my parents decided that I needed tutoring I believed I was a lost cause but that wasn't the case, rather I just needed extra help. Once I received the extra help needed to fill in the gaps I didn't understand, I flourished in math getting all A's and later taking more advanced courses and never looking back. I believe k
