Fun Facts

In my free time I exercise every day! I have a passion for exercise. I also spend a lot of my time with animals. I am the youngest of two girls, and our family spends a lot of time together. I enjoy cooking dinner and having family dinner nights as well. My ultimate goal is to be a working Mechanical Engineer, and I am studying this now at the University of Michigan-Dearborn.

About Me

I have been an extremely fast learner which is shown by my grades and achievements in the classroom. I obtained my associates if science last spring, and have been honored with Deans List over 6 consecutive terms. Currently I am studying Mechanical Engineering, which allows me to constantly put my math skills to use! I have taken courses from early geometry, up to algebra, calculus courses, and differential equations. I would love to use this to help others achieve the same goals! I have privately tutored friends and classmates and would like to start tutoring more frequently to others who need help, specifically in mathematics and science.

Experience

In high school I tutored privately for no pay in order to better understand my own material. I have been on the Deans list the entirety of my college experience. I have also been asked to TA multiple classes including engineering based physics, and chemistry. I am eager to practice my skills as a mentor to young adults and children who are ready to better there education and understanding of math and science based courses.

Approach

As a young child and early teenager I struggled with mathematics. In early high school I decided to make more of an effort to better understand the classes I was struggling in. After frequently going to tutoring and after school sessions I learned my skills were very strong. I now major in Mechanical Engineering, a math-based demanding degree. I learned that there is nothing one cannot learn, and no subject is too difficult to master.
